SUMMARY:Dave McCabe (The Zutons) & very special guest James Jay Lewis
DESCRIPTION:  \n\nDave McCabe Announces second UK Tour with James Jay Lewis \nAfter recently stepping out with his debut solo single “When You’re Young”\, Dave McCabe is heading back on the road this November for a run of UK dates\, joined once again by special guest\, James Jay Lewis. \nBest known as the voice and songwriter behind The Zutons\, McCabe’s move into solo territory has already made a strong impression. “When You’re Young”  has been tremendously well received and already a firm live favourite. \nEarlier this year\, McCabe and Lewis played a run of shows together that quickly gathered momentum\, with packed rooms and a great response night after night. This new tour builds on that\, taking them to more venues across the UK through November and into December. \nMcCabe’s set draws from material throughout his rich writing career\, from Zutons classics\, to songs he wrote for other artists and glimpses of his new music\, the second of which will be released in advance of the tour. \nJay Lewis is a perfect fit for the bill. A Liverpool-born multi-instrumentalist\, he’s worked with Cast and The La's over the years\, and has been steadily building his own solo following. With songs that carry a classic\, melodic British song writing style\, and his outstanding musicianship\, the two team up together both on their own and each other’s music. \nThe tour kicks off in Barnoldswick on November 5th and wraps up in Liverpool in mid-December\, taking in stops in Birmingham\, London\, Glasgow and more along the way. \nTOUR DATES \nNovember\nThu 5 – Barnoldswick – Music & Arts Centre\nThu 12 – Preston – Chew’s Yard\nFri 13 – Guiseley – Guiseley Theatre\nSat 14 – Birmingham – Kitchen Garden Café\nSun 15 – Buxton – Trackside (Buxton Brewery)\nThu 19 – Derby – Flowerpot\nFri 20 – Mexborough – Gorilla Beer Hall\nSat 21 – Guildford – Boiler Room\nSun 22 – Tunbridge Wells – The Forum\nThu 26 – Leamington Spa – Temperance\nFri 27 – Lewes – Con Club\nSat 28 – Ramsgate – Music Hall\nSun 29 – London – 100 Club \nDecember\nFri 4 – Dundee – Hidden\nSat 5 – Glasgow – The Poetry Club\nWed 9 – Carlisle – Old Fire Station\nThu 10 – Selby – Town Hall\nFri 11 – Ruthin – Assembly Room\nSat 12 – Liverpool – Arts Club Theatre \nTickets available: linktr.ee/davezuton \n(Artwork by  @theseasicksailor)
